Lavant View in Chichester is a joint venture between P + O Brickwork and P + O Scaffolding. Redrow Homes appointed both divisions on this development to benefit from having brickwork and scaffolding delivered by one coordinated team.

When sales targets required an increase in build pace, labour was increased across both divisions and communication was managed closely to keep the programme moving. This approach allowed the project to meet additional demands safely, professionally and to a consistent standard.
