This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement outlines the actions and commitments of P+O Group for the financial year 1st October 2025 to 30th September 2026.

P+O Group is committed to ensuring that modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and labour exploitation have no place within our business or supply chain. We expect all staff, partners, and suppliers to play an active role in identifying concerns and reporting them immediately. Management will investigate and take appropriate action where required.

2. Organisational Structure and Supply Chain

This statement applies to all companies, departments and operational services under P+O Group, including but not limited to construction-based support, contract delivery and labour supply services.

P+O Group operates solely within the United Kingdom and works with a range of approved suppliers, subcontractors and labour partners.

3. Risk Assessment

Based on current operations and supply chain structure, P+O Group assesses itself as low risk for modern slavery or human trafficking. Nonetheless, we remain vigilant and continuously review processes to protect the integrity of our workforce and partners.

4. Training and Awareness

To ensure strong understanding of modern slavery risks, all employees must complete recognised modern slavery training.

Training completion deadline: 31st March 2026

Future training updates will be issued when legislation, risk level or company operations require further learning.

P+O Group carries out due diligence when selecting new suppliers and subcontractors, and continues to monitor existing partnerships. Our approach includes:

  • Corrective action plans where risks are identified

Partners who fail to meet required standards may face warnings, improvement plans, suspension, or termination.

  • Full completion of modern slavery training by 31/03/2026
  • Ongoing labour compliance and payroll auditing
  • Routine supplier performance reviews and documentation checks

8. Review and Approval

This statement will be reviewed annually and updated as required to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
